Evaluation Link Associates

Evaluation Link associates include Canadian specialists in evaluation, governance, grant writing, education, and professional learning in the province of British Columbia. They are invited to collaborate on projects in their areas of expertise for the benefit of the client.

Credentialed Evaluators

To qualify for the Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation, an evaluator is required to provide convincing evidence of the requisite skills, knowledge and practical experience identified by the Canadian Evaluation Society as those necessary to be a competent evaluator. The process of obtaining the Credentialed Evaluator designation is rigorous, demanding, and introspective. The applicant compiles the information into a portfolio which is reviewed by members of the CES Credentialing Board, comprised of senior evaluation professionals with at least 25 years of evaluation experience.  For a current list of CE holders in Canada, click here.
